Dalau’s Superior PTFE Skived Film is now produced in a fully enclosed Class 10,000 clean room with inline Static Eliminators and Finite Roll Tension Control to give a superior finished product to meet the exacting requirements of the PCB, LCD, TFT and Semi-Conductor industries.
5 axis machine installation
The new CFVsi high precision 5-axis machining centre has a dedicated rotary table solution for 5-sided and simultaneous machining. With a load capacity of up to 100 kg and a 350mm faceplate enabling parts 400mm diameter and 300mm high to be machined comfortably. Ergonomic design and a highly efficient swarf extraction system as standard gives unprecedented 5-axis flexibility for one-hit machining.
