Dalau specializes in offering a wide range of high quality extruded rod that is produced under the Dalcon name to ensure a high standard of uniform density levels and physical properties.

Ideal for machining tight toleranced component parts for the connector, electronics, medical and semi-conductor industries.

We hold large stocks of ground and unground rod from 0.140” to 4” in 39.370”, 78.740”, 118.110” lengths.

Our exceptional quality rod is produced on our own in-house designed and built extrusion system.

Dalau also offer a precision grinding service for those customers who require uniform toleranced rod for high speed machining. We can maintain a high level of surface finish with a consistent tolerance from batch to batch.

Dalau produce a wide range of molded rod and tube in a variety of sizes in natural and filled grades all produced to a high standard under the Dalcon trademark.

We hold a large stock inventory of molded rod and tube and extruded rod to meet your requirements.

Compounds and Colors

Dalau has custom designed blending facilities, where PTFE based compounds and colors are blended in a clean climate controlled environment. All our products are offered with the confidence of the Dalcon™ brand name.

We offer a variety of colours and fillers: Glass, Carbon, Coke, Graphite, Anti-Static, Bronze, MoS2 and special blends to customer specifications. Talk to us about your specific requirements!

We retain complete control of the manufacturing process, whilst converting PTFE compounds into semi-finished stock. This ensures the highest standards of finished product presenting a unique combination of properties to provide performances unparalled by other polymers or metals.
